Why do I need a TWIC card?
The Catlettsburg refinery in Catlettsburg, KY falls under the jurisdiction of the Coast Guard due to our facility being in the Ohio Valley Port Zone. The Coast Guard requires all individuals entering a secured maritime facility to have a TWIC card to be granted unescorted access to the facility.
Where do I go to get a TWIC card?
There is a TWIC office located locally in Huntington, West Virginia. The address and hours are:

then 1pm to 4:30 p.m. only
How much does it cost?
The price for a TWIC card is $129.75.
Do I need to bring anything with me?
You will be required to show two forms of identification. One must be a government issued photo id (such as a driver’s license or passport). The second form can be a social security card, birth certificate, marriage certificate, or a DOT physical card.
There is typically a three to four week turnaround from enrollment until card activation. Eligibility issues or insufficient information may increase the turnaround time
